Our Story

Kidz Kastle was created from a passion for bringing fun, creative experiences to children and families across Rhode Island. As parents ourselves, we understand how important birthdays and celebrations are, and how stressful planning them can sometimes become.

What started as a vision for a more personalized and private party experience has grown into one of Rhode Island’s most trusted destinations for children’s celebrations. Our indoor playground, themed décor, and dedicated team help families create events that feel exciting, organized, and truly special.

Unlike traditional public play spaces, Kidz Kastle focuses on providing a more private and personalized experience where families can celebrate together comfortably and create lasting memories.

In addition to our Warwick venue, we also offer Kastle-To-Go party rentals, themed setups, Magical Picnic Table Parties, and custom balloon décor delivered throughout Rhode Island.

Our Mission

Our mission is simple: to help families celebrate important moments without the stress that often comes with planning children’s events.

We believe parents should be able to enjoy the celebration alongside their children instead of worrying about setup, coordination, or cleanup. From the moment families book with Kidz Kastle, our team works to create a smooth, organized, and memorable experience from start to finish.

We design every celebration with attention to detail, creativity, and customer care to help each child feel celebrated in a fun, safe, and welcoming environment.

Whether families celebrate at our venue or through our Kastle-To-Go services, we are proud to help create moments that children and parents will remember for years to come.

We recently celebrated our child’s 5th birthday at Kid’s Kastle in Warwick, and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. We arrived 30 minutes early to set up, only to find that everything was already taken care of—tables were set, decorations were up, and the party room looked fantastic. It really took the stress out of the day so we could just focus on having fun.

The kids had an absolute blast. There were tons of engaging activities and games to keep them entertained the entire time—plenty of variety and energy-burning fun. The space is bright, clean, and thoughtfully designed for young children, and even the parents in attendance kept commenting on how great everything looked and how much fun the kids were having.

The hosts were incredibly accommodating. They went above and beyond—from quickly and discreetly cleaning up a couple of little “accidents,” to handing out ice cream to keep the kids happy while they waited for cake, to adjusting the timing of food service when our adult food arrived a little late. Everything was handled with such professionalism and a cheerful attitude.

We could not have asked for a better experience. If you’re considering a birthday party venue in the area, I would absolutely recommend Kid’s Kastle. They made our child’s birthday so special, and we are incredibly grateful!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This was our third time hosting a birthday party at Kidz Kastle, and it’s truly a gem!

From start to finish, the team goes above and beyond to make sure the decorations and theme are exactly what you want. The place is spotless—you can tell they take pride in keeping it clean and well-maintained.

One of my favorite parts is that it’s completely private—no sharing the space with other parties, which makes the experience so much more enjoyable. They even set up a space for adults to hang out and relax.

I can’t recommend Kidz Kastle enough—it’s a must for little ones’ birthdays!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We were there for a birthday party. The kids (8,5, and 2.5) loved it and didn't want to leave. They had a lot to entertain them for sure. My only complaint is when it came to making sure all the kids had cake and pizza or whatever was being served, the lady was not very attentive. Maybe that's not their responsibility but I'm going based on experience at other similar locations and parties. Overrall, though it was a good experience.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Kidz Kastle truly came through for me when I needed a last-minute gift for my cousin's birthday party. They not only created the perfect Wow Balloon Bouquet but also had it ready with plenty of time to spare, despite my late request. I've attended kids' parties at their venue before, but I didn’t realize they also offer off-site balloon decor until a family member told me. Their service exceeded my expectations, and I’ll definitely be using them again. I highly recommend Kidz Kastle for anyone looking for balloon decor or a fantastic kids' party experience.
