In order to ensure a safe and clean environment, children and adults are required to wear socks at all times. In order to provide a clean, well structured, and prepared environment for each party, we kindly ask that host parents arrive no earlier than 15 minutes prior to the start of the scheduled party time. Early arrivals/late departures of party guests, outside of the scheduled party time frame, will result in a prorated charge being added to the final bill. Confirmation of the number of children attending your party as well as any additional food order is required NO LATER than 5 business days prior to party date. You may leave the confirmation via answering machine, or e-mail if you cannot contact us during normal business hours. If your confirmed # of additional children do not attend, a $14.75 flat fee will be added to your bill. For the safety and comfort of all, there is a maximum of 30 guests (children and adults) allowed for a STANDARD or DELUXE party package and a maximum of 60 guests ( children and adults) allowed for a PRIVATE party package. We are open to the public for Open Play during all 10:00am-12:00pm, 12:30pm-2:30pm, and 3:00pm-5:00pm standard/deluxe parties. Children walking to 16 years old (including the birthday child) are included in the head count. Requests for party areas are not guaranteed, as they are at the discretion of management and subject to change without notice. Your party package selection may be upgraded; however packages may NOT be downgraded to a lesser package. We do not allow any outside food or beverages besides the birthday cake and bottled water. Parents are responsible for providing their own cake, cake cutter, lighter, candles, cake plates and utensils for the adults. Pinatas, confetti, and taped or tacked on wall decorations are not permitted. Rescheduling results in the forfeiture of initial deposit, except for in the case of inclement weather conditions. During the booking process, you will be required to read and abide by the terms and conditions of the above information and understand that the time and date of your party is not secured until you submit a 50% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit for a Standard Package $125.00 or a 50% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit for a Deluxe $175.00 or Private Package $250.00. The remaining balance is due on the date of your party , and is to be paid in full. Cash, MasterCard and Visa are accepted. Kidz Kastle DOES NOT accept American Express and personal checks.
